Judging from how intently Joyce immerses herself in her Sunday paper’s obits
she seems more diligent reading about the dead than listening to the living.

Throughout history we have heard that some times “The situation is desperate but not hopeless”. With all that us humans are facing these day would rather suggest that ‘The situation is hopeless but needs not be desperate’ as far as our attempting to live worthwhile personal lives.

Grant me being smart enough to realize when I’m stupid!!
