Situation turns precarious
as Sole Super Power crumbles
Scary, while outright hilarious
how its Power Elite stumbles
Exceptionalism losing gloss
down to bare metal, corroding fast
World sneers at former presumed boss
History shows: Empires never last
Fading, ever steeped in arrogance
Super Power tries to butt in
Civilization won’t stand a chance
when someone presses The Button:
Humans yields to cockroaches its powers
as planet swirls, a space ball that glowers
As Western propaganda
keeps glowering vitriolic
beware its memoranda:
Cast Putin as diabolic!
Rarely hifalutin
like Netanyahu and Trump
the more astute Putin
won’t join on their distraught stump
Tell me, why this mythos
Russia as ‘adversary’?
What’s so amiss with us
that makes this necessary?
Perhaps Russia must be blameworthy
so that The West can look praiseworthy?
A people’s contention
elite harshly circumscribes
by sternest convention
to inhibit ‘diatribes’
Power elite unsightly
never brooks true order:
We must submit contritely
to their own disorder
The elite bombards us with dubiety
pretending they’re acting with propriety
Sure we have our druthers
so let’s disaffect:
Who cares about others
why be circumspect?
No need genuflect
steel yourself brash
Ignore self-respect
live life slapdash!
Don’t any attempts to be kind
end up putting us in a bind?
Our poor Earth worn
since long turn leery
from too much scorn
by humans dreary
Sure looking up?
Nary hope
we’re in pileup
you dim dope!
So do look ahead
to soon dropping dead!
How do such s**t hole nations
scrounge up their silly gall
at their poor, lowly stations
to carry on & bawl?
They’re deemed easily exterminable
despairing of survival choices
while Empire’s clamor interminable
in raucous warmongering voices
Claim feverish minds conceptional
perpetually so in vogue:
“U.S. Nation is Exceptional!”
While it’s Herself who’s going rogue
In the end Empire turns effete
and cruelly goes astray
beats a long overdue retreat
hits cataclysm, fades away
Until such time keeps up Her harsh harangue
on Moscow, Tehran, Beijing & Pyongyang

do they not suspect their gall?
Their impetuous actions
and unguarded remarks
disparage other factions
as own views true benchmarks
Their own view an article of faith
whether of substance or merely wraith!
Western media apoplectic
and frantically out of breath
but their ‘coverage’ anorectic
unless the elite’s shibboleth
Pouring on the propaganda
with aggressive intention
on to Russia’s own veranda
in wanton intervention
The U.S. hardly the arbiter
in the global ‘regime change’ chase
rather appears as the harbinger
of the end to the human race
With ruinous war-waging technology
while minds mired in ‘Won the West’ mythology
Seamless, senseless the aggression
spawned by Exceptionalism
the Imperial obsession
Kissing cousins of Fascism
Limbs blown away & bodies grilled
in ancient cultures debased
Millions (yes, no less!) maimed or killed
millions more fleeing displaced
Many countries devastated
by industrial slaughter
Trillions of dollars plain wasted
while economies totter
Spilled blood, gore & grime
in hell fire doom
done time after time
Brought on by whom?

term deceptively stretched
in obfuscating pretense
offensively far fetched

Expand embargo targets!
Kill collaterally!
The same old Beltway argots
unilaterally:
“All options are on the table
