freely adjustable
In case they restrain your acts
make them combustible
No need to succumb
Treat facts tentatively
for favored outcome
use them lenitively
For evidence is no more facts
than your esteemed opinion!
They needn’t impede your desired act
so don’t grant them dominion!
So if you’ve got a brain
keep facts on a tight rein

Never mind I treat him crudely
as I live by this dictum:
He may not talk to me rudely
or I’ll turn aggrieved victim!
So what if I kicked him?
He’s just too hapless
So what if I tricked him?
So sadly sapless
Only I may claim victimhood
at least in my own neighborhood!
In early morning still
not the time to lounge
From early morning’s chill
must keep going, scrounge!
No time shall be wasted
get hopping, scurry!
Much needs to be hasted
stir up a flurry!
For ain’t living calmly, serene
but for laziness a smoke screen?
How lightning fast she shovels
words in to the hopper
phrases flimsy like hovels
while no one can stop her
Nor can she. How sadly
as distracting madly
Been traipsing in to Fascism
in brash American style
on filthy rug of Racism
spouting sick sentiments vile
Are we finding it acceptable
to indulge denial thinking
of cruelty insusceptible
observing while barely blinking
But all ain’t lost, thanks to Kakistocracy
we’ve been saved from worse: Social Democracy!
With valiant perseverance
in one united voice:
“We brook no interference
with Consumer Choice!
We blindly march in lockstep
while anger & planet smolder
We prattle, whine, chase & schlepp
Cassandras get the cold shoulder
How silly we’re beaming
unbeknownst benighted
Down yet another alley
on yet another day
by yet another sally
stirring another fray
Such manner leads us astray
Let’s tread another pathway:
One that lets us live life caring
not taking but in giving
Our predator teeth not baring
Not blaming but forgiving!

Discord rarely averted
when our opinions brawl
amidst invective blurted
stretching the endless sprawl
Is rob Paul to pay Peter
merely ‘sound’ greed, no gall
thus no one is a cheater
for just wanting it all?
Merely business as usual
robbing Peter to pay Paul
only bottom line is crucial
so let’s try to rob them all!
Wrapped in impatience itchy shawl
splashing through Life’s icy squalls
letting mundane pursuits enthrall
gliding in fallacious valse
“Hey, just some quick research on the Net, and I’ll hold my own against any expert in any field! Advanced degrees & years of practice is just for the slow learner!”
Many a Net acolyte
goes from sheer neophyte
to solidly erudite
by mere keyboard tap light!
Thus she or he presumes
by unique prerogative
to learn from iffy fumes!
Ain’t that too rebarbative?
Not just naively superficial
but to sound outcome prejudicial!
Claiming to be percipient
while jumping to conclusion
on what’s merely incipient
shall at best stir confusion
If you think you understand
try hold off til explained
Spouting answers beforehand
shall appear featherbrained
Dismissive impatience
hangs out with complacence
