dressed up, promptly propounded
(disingenuously remiss)
as: Optimism, well-founded!
Better face facts knowingly
than to indulge wishful thinking
Hopeless cajole glowingly
as Reality ain’t blinking!
And cowardly evasion
changes no one’s persuasion
