Morning dawns intently
on ‘coming to’ human fray
Kind sun rays shine gently
upon yet another day
Way below mournful seagulls
mournful their shrieking earfuls:
Humans scuffle in barbarity
set for yet another drubbing
Shunning of most solidarity
scurrying, our faint hearts flubbing
